What's Typography?

Typography is the art and practice of arranging type to make written language intelligible, readable, and appealing, when presented is known as typography. Selecting fonts, point sizes, line lengths, line spacing, and letter spacing, as well as altering the space between pairs of letters, are all part of the type arrangement process. Essentially, typography is the art of organizing letters and text in such a way that is readable, clear, and visually appealing to the reader. Typography can also be measured and good typography is judged on how effectively it enhances the meaning of the text rather than on some abstract quality scale. Your ability to create effective typography can also be measured based on how well you grasp the aims of your text. An example of typography would be viewing titles on a news paper, tv show, movie, advertisements and etc. Typography is also used sometimes to bring about subliminal messages. Some are intended to convey a sense of humor, while others are used to convey a sense of seriousness. Regardless, because of the typography shown, certain emotions and feeling are brought out from the reader.
